Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and equipment
- Assist surgeons during complex procedures with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate instrument sterilization and inventory management
- Mentor junior surgical techs on advanced techniques
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and JCAHO standards
- Document procedures accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 5 years of OR experience in specialty surgery
- Advanced certification in surgical technology preferred
- Expertise in minimally invasive procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
