Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable, distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput AI workloads and real-time data processing.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks into core business logic to automate complex workflows.
- Quantum Readiness: Evaluate and prepare legacy systems for post-quantum cryptography standards and future quantum computing environments.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Optimize cloud-native architectures on AWS/Azure/GCP, ensuring cost-efficiency and zero-downtime deployments.
- Security & Compliance: Spearhead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring data sovereignty and privacy compliance in a decentralized web environment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Proven track record of working with MLOps, fine-tuning models, and deploying AI agents.
- Cloud Mastery: Certified AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Expert with hands-on experience in serverless computing and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex architectural problems in high-pressure environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
