Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable microservices architecture capable of supporting high-throughput AI workloads and future quantum integration.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for Project 2026, guiding engineering decisions to align with long-term business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure sub-millisecond latency across global edge networks.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and management of complex multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security compliance (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers alike, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement advanced security protocols and conduct threat modeling to protect sensitive data in a decentralized web environment.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new technologies (Rust, WASM, AI inference engines) before full-scale production deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Programming Proficiency: Deep expertise in Rust, Python, and Go; proficiency in C++ or JavaScript is a plus.
- Cloud Mastery: Advanced certification and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- AI/ML Integration: Proven track record of integrating LLMs and Machine Learning pipelines into production systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into simple, actionable technical solutions.
