Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or strategic IT management.
- Proven track record of leading technical transformation and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast tech trends for the 2026 timeframe.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
