Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical planning and architecture for our flagship Year 2026 initiatives, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Mentor and manage a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Quantum Integration: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex computational problems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype emerging technologies, including generative AI and neural interfaces, to stay ahead of market trends.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Mastery: Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Quantum Computing: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum error correction is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams from the ground up.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions in unstructured environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
