Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and examinations
- Perform patient vitals and prepare exam rooms
- Administer injections and medications per protocol
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Coordinate patient flow and schedule appointments
- Collect and process laboratory specimens
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Phlebotomy and EKG certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
