  • Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding follow-up care and prescription refills.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NCMA) or equivalent is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience in a physician office or ambulatory setting preferred.
  • Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, AthenaHealth).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
