Your Role
As a Medical Assistant, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and medical history collection.
- Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms with necessary instruments and supplies.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by providers.
- Coordinate laboratory tests and manage patient follow-ups.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or NCMA) preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
