Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake and health history assessments
- Perform telephonic vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assist providers with electronic health record (EHR) management
- Coordinate patient education materials and follow-ups
- Process lab orders and interpret basic results
- Manage medication reconciliation and refill requests
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant virtual workflows
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
