Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate clinical care during on-site shifts
- Execute remote administrative tasks including EHR management and patient scheduling
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with clinical procedures
- Manage inventory and maintain sterile clinical environments
- Facilitate telehealth consultations with remote support capabilities
- Document patient encounters accurately in our hybrid EHR system
- Coordinate care transitions between on-site and remote services
Qualifications
- Accredited Medical Assistant program graduate (CMA/RMA preferred)
- 1+ years clinical experience in ambulatory or hospital settings
- Proficiency with EHR systems and remote administrative tools
- Valid Texas CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional communication skills for hybrid patient interactions
- Ability to adapt between on-site and remote work environments
- Strong organizational skills for managing hybrid workflows
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends
