Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Accurately document medical histories and vital signs in EHR systems
- Administer injections and medications per physician protocols
- Perform phlebotomy and basic lab testing
- Sterilize equipment and maintain exam room inventory
- Coordinate patient education on treatment plans
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling and billing support
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Phlebotomy and EHR proficiency required
- BLS/CPR certification
- Pennsylvania medical assistant license
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
- Background check and drug screen clearance
