Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, ECGs, injections, and specimen collection
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient flow and maintain exam room readiness
- Update electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and insurance verification
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA/RMA) or eligible
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ohio BLS certification within 30 days of hire
