Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and medical histories accurately.
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures.
- Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) efficiently.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize medical equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and medical staff.
- Handle pharmacy referrals and medication administration under supervision.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred but not mandatory for top candidates.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
