Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals monitoring, and prepare patients for examinations with precision.
- Assist providers during clinical procedures and administer medications as directed.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately and maintain strict HIPAA compliance.
- Coordinate laboratory tests, process insurance verifications, and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully compliant clinical environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer patient inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Associate degree in Medical Assisting (CMA or RMA preferred).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with strong externships are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume medical setting.
