Responsibilities
- Perform patient vitals, measurements, and intake procedures accurately.
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures.
- Maintain and update patient medical records and charts in the EMR system.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment.
- Administer medications and injections under strict supervision.
- Handle patient inquiries and coordinate appointments effectively.
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current CMA or RMA certification from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
- CPR/BLS certification is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
