Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Prepare patients for treatments and explain medical processes
- Perform vital signs measurements and basic EKGs
- Manage patient flow and maintain examination rooms
- Handle electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Administer injections and collect specimens
- Coordinate patient education materials
- Support front desk operations when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn EHR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
