Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Perform vital sign measurements and basic diagnostic tests
- Manage patient intake, medical histories, and EHR documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Administer injections and medications under provider supervision
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CMA or RMA certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards
- Valid CPR certification (training available)
