Responsibilities
- Perform routine vital signs measurements (Blood Pressure, Temperature, Heart Rate).
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment.
- Manage patient intake, including updating medical records and insurance information.
- Administer basic laboratory tests (urinalysis, blood draws) under supervision.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients of all ages.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be a US Citizen or hold a valid work permit.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote components (if applicable).
