Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, medical equipment, and supplies
- Perform basic patient vitals and preliminary assessments
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
- Administer injections and collect specimens under supervision
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary – we train!
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn EHR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Current BLS/CPR certification (provided if not certified)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Arizona fingerprint clearance card (assistance provided)
