Responsibilities
- Patient Intake: Greet patients warmly, verify demographics, and prepare them for their appointments.
- Vital Signs & History: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight) and obtain medical histories.
- Clinical Support: Assist providers during examinations, prepare treatment rooms, and sterilize medical instruments.
- Lab & Procedures: Perform basic laboratory tests, administer injections or medications as directed, and prepare samples for analysis.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage patient charts, schedule follow-up appointments, and handle insurance verification.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over certification.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and assist patients with mobility.
- License: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred, but not mandatory for new hires.
