Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake screenings and collect vital signs accurately.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and minor medical treatments.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and update patient charts in a timely manner.
- Prepare exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain a clean clinical environment.
- Administer medications and injections under the direct supervision of a physician.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and email with a focus on customer service.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and manage patient referrals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Medical Assistant certification preferred but not mandatory).
