Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks including vital sign measurement, EKG, and phlebotomy
- Assist providers with patient examinations and minor procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Support telehealth consultations and remote patient monitoring
Qualifications
- Active MA certification or CMA/RMA credential
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong phlebotomy and EKG skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility for hybrid in-person/remote work
- BLS/CPR certification required
