Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary assessments via telehealth systems
- Assist physicians with clinical documentation using EHR platforms
- Coordinate patient care plans and communicate with healthcare teams

Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient/hospital setting
- Proficiency with telehealth software and EHR systems (Epic/Cerner)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
- Excellent written communication skills for patient interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with remote patient monitoring devices
