Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake assessments and health screenings
- Assist providers with telemedicine consultations and documentation
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Coordinate patient care plans and follow-up appointments
- Administer medications and injections under provider supervision
- Perform basic lab procedures and specimen collection
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Strong telemedicine platform experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
