Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary health assessments via HIPAA-compliant telehealth systems
- Assist providers with electronic health record (EHR) documentation and data management
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications

- Process insurance verifications and billing documentation
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital or urgent care setting
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (Epic preferred)
