Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and verify personal and insurance information accurately.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments.
- Assist providers during patient examinations and minor procedures.
- Perform and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient assessments.
- Administer injections and vaccines under strict provider supervision.
- Coordinate diagnostic testing and manage patient follow-up calls.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current CMA, RMA, or NCMA certification.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPR certification.
- Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
