Responsibilities
- Assist providers with virtual patient intake and documentation
- Perform clinical tasks including EKG, phlebotomy, and vital monitoring
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems remotely
- Coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct telehealth screenings and patient education
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for all digital communications
- Prepare and process lab specimens electronically
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- 1+ years of clinical experience
- Proficiency with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Philadelphia PA residency required
- COVID-19 vaccination compliance
