- Generate monthly reports and aging reports
- Collaborate with clinical staff for documentation accuracy
- Update patient billing information in EMR systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Proficiency in medical coding (CPT/ICD-10)
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes
- Experience with Epic or NextGen EMR systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
