Responsibilities
- Accurately process medical claims using Epic and NextGen software
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients
- Resolve claim denials and rejections efficiently
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations

- Generate monthly reports for revenue cycle analysis
- Train new billing staff on company protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing experience in a clinical setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Proficiency in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and billing software
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes
