- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes using our provided EHR system
- Schedule appointments efficiently while coordinating with medical staff
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential documentation
- Assist with insurance verification and billing procedures
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical office certification preferred
- 1+ years of front desk/reception experience in healthcare setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (training provided on our equipment)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
