Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Patients: Provide a warm, professional reception experience for all visitors and patients.
- Manage Appointments: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments accurately using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, answer patient inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Duties: Handle check-in/check-out processes, verify insurance information, and process payments.
- Maintain Records: Organize and update patient charts and medical records with strict adherence to privacy regulations (HIPAA).
- Inventory Management: Assist with ordering and stocking office supplies and medical materials.
Qualifications
