Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/check-out procedures and verify insurance information
- Schedule appointments efficiently and maintain accurate appointment calendars
- Answer multi-line phones and triage patient inquiries
- Process patient registration forms and maintain confidential medical records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
