Responsibilities

- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies, specifically targeting trends relevant to the 2026 market landscape.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps within the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical vision of the AI research team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
