Our night shift team operates from 11 PM to 7 AM, offering a quieter work environment with enhanced 1:1 patient interaction. We prioritize work-life balance with consistent schedules and no mandatory overtime.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning using proper techniques
- Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Respond to call lights and address patient requests promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
