Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and medication administration documentation
- Comprehensive patient care planning and progress reporting
- Emergency response and incident documentation per HIPAA standards
- Compassionate companionship and emotional support during overnight hours
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year overnight shift experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
