Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Respond to call lights and ensure patient comfort throughout the night
- Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated patient care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent nursing assistant experience
- Availability to work consistent night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
