Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized care plans and daily assistance

Qualifications
- Active Illinois CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work variable shifts (6p-6a)
- Pass background check and drug screening
