Responsibilities

- Assist with patient intake, EMR documentation, and insurance verification
- Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Handle emergency response protocols during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for patient/family interactions
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts
