Responsibilities
- Perform routine vital signs, health assessments, and patient screenings.
- Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Prepare and maintain medical records, ensuring accurate and timely charting.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by licensed personnel.
- Coordinate patient flow and manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and phlebotomy duties.
Qualifications
- Current CMA or RMA certification from an accredited institution.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification.
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and critically during the night shift.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a strong commitment to patient privacy (HIPAA compliance).
