Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient responses, and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Current Oregon RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced overnight care environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
