Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency and critical care settings during night shift hours
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition promptly
- Document patient assessments and care plans using our advanced electronic health record system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota (or compact state with ability to obtain MN license)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
