Your Mission as a Caregiver:
Your primary focus will be to provide personal care, companionship, and support to our clients in their homes. We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and truly cares about the well-being of others.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and run errands as needed.
- Administer medication reminders and document care logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, kind demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and complete required caregiving certifications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
