Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and daily living support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and light household duties
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinators
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Follow personalized care plans with attention to individual needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
