Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs and monitor client health status
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Document client care accurately and report changes to supervisors
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain clean and safe client environments
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid California Driver's License (if driving required)
- Compassionate attitude and patience with elderly clients
- Must obtain CNA certification within 90 days of hire
