Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene standards
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate communication
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized patient environment
- Transport patients safely within the facility as needed
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in electronic medical record documentation
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
