Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Support medication administration under RN supervision
- Create engaging social interactions to enhance resident quality of life
- Maintain clean, safe, and resident-centered living spaces
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of senior care experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
