Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and medical observations
- Assist with mobility transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff on patient care plans
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate communication
- Adhere to HIPAA protocols and facility safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience in a clinical setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
