Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean and safe living environments
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in elderly care or home health setting
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Clear TB test and background check
- Strong communication skills and patience working with elderly
- Reliable transportation
