Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support daily living activities while maintaining resident dignity and privacy
- Document care accurately and maintain resident confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal resident care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for elderly residents
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and negative TB test results
