Your Role
As a CNA, you will be the eyes and ears of our nursing staff, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of comfort and care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide basic nursing care, such as changing bed linens and assisting with mobility.
- Document patient care activities and symptoms accurately in electronic health records.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Georgia.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as needed.
